How to service and repair the blower motor on Mercury Sable?

The pin-type retainers and the right instrument panel insulator should be removed first before working on the blower motor in order to service and repair it. Unscrew the electrical connector then unscrew the blower motor and remove it. In order to install, just undo these steps.
