How to Service the Oil Pressure Switch on Mercury Grand Marquis?

When changing the oil pressure switch, it is first important to disconnect battery ground cable. Raise and lift the car. Unscrew the electrical connector off the oil pressure switch and take away the switch. Installation of new switch is reversible.
