Laboratories must remove the two bolts attaching the outlet adapter along with the hose before setting both parts aside. The reinstallation requires you to tighten bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.). To begin service of the thermostat continue by removing both the O-ring seal and the coolant thermostat from the intake manifold. During this operation check the O-ring seal condition before replacing it with an updated model. The replacement procedure should end with putting power back to the fire suppression system when needed. Complete the cooling system fluid maintenance by following the procedure for filling and bleeding the liquid.
