To service the hood latch, you will have to remove the 6 retainers and radiator sight shield which will indicate the location of the latch. Thereupon remove 2 bolts and unconnect the cable. Refit, reversing the procedure, screwing bolts to 12 Nm and be sure that the latch is fitted correctly.

To service the hood latch, loosen the nut, position a mark on it and take away the bolts. Unplug the release cable, and then pull off the latch. To install: reconnect the cable, fit the latch, ensure everything is in the right place and tighten the bolts to 11 Nm and the nut to 6 Nm.
