How to Service and Repair the Power Steering Cooler on Mercury Mariner?

The power steering cooler can be serviced by draining the fluid, removing the front bumper cover and disconnecting the hoses. Take out the cooler nuts and bolts and tighten them to 8 Nm. Lastly, undo all the steps taken off the power steering system and refill it.
