How to Service the Throttle Position Sensor on Mercury Mariner?

Before servicing the throttle position sensor it is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector. The two screws which hold the TP sensor must be removed so you can extract the sensor from its place. Complete the installation of the screws at 10 Nm (89 lb-in) torque while using the same sequence for removal to achieve installation.
