Start with removing the instrument panel steering column cover by pulling straight outward from its tabs that clip to the instrument panel to access the dimmer switch of the headlamps. Starting with the upper steering column shroud release through inward pressure on its sides while lifting it upward until complete removal. Begin by pushing the tilt lever then you should remove all three screws from the lower steering column shroud before removing it. First disconnect the electrical connector of the multi-function switch before removing its two securing screws to extract it. The installation process will finish when you execute the opposite actions from removal.
