  A: The procedure for windshield resealing starts with cowl panel grille removal and thereafter proceeding to remove left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) A-pillar trim panels, sun visors and optional overhead console. The front portion of the headliner descends next after extracting both LH and RH assist handles while securing it with proper materials. Clean the glass-to-urethane interface by using glass cleaner at the top and sides of the inner windshield area and also on the outside part at the bottom. The urethane adhesive should be cut into correct dimensions before using a high-ratio electric or battery-powered caulk gun with a continuous adhesive bead that avoids empty spaces.
