  A: You must disable electrical power by activating the switch in the rear jack storage area to stop air springs from unexpectedly inflating or deflating because vehicle position changes can occur. Your first step should include lifting the vehicle then support it while you remove the spare tire. First disconnect the air compressor electrical connector and then pull out the air line from the drier by pressing on its quick connect locking ring. The next step is to remove the air line from the drier before obtaining the air compressor assembly through bolt removal of the air compressor followed by complete removal of the assembly. To install the fitting properly insert the white air line completely before performing the opposite steps of removal.
