To remove the outer tie rod end, remove the wheel and tire. Install the jam nut by making it tight or loose to 40 Nm and then tighten it again. Take off the tie-rod end nut, put in a new one of 80 Nm and have a Ball Joint Separator to take off the tie rod. Repeat the process and examine the front toe.
