Service of the sealed beam headlamp bulb begins with dismantling the parking lamp assembly while avoiding manipulation of the side marker lamp unit because it functions as a single piece. Start by removing the bolts from the parking lamp before moving the assembly for electrical connector access to disconnect them. The next step involves unscrewing upper and lower bolts from the headlamp bezel before extracting it. You must first uninstall the headlamp by unscrewing its retaining ring screws subsequently removing the ring piece. You should position the headlamp to access its electrical connector for disconnection. To reinstall components follow the opposite sequence used while removing them.

The instrument cluster service begins with removing the whole instrument cluster component. Dismantle the illumination bulbs during the next procedure step. Completion of the process demands that you undo all steps from removal for correct installation.

Unscrew the headlamp retaining ring screws and take off the retaining ring.
