How to service the temperature blend door actuator on 2005 Ford Excursion?

You can start working on the temperature blend door actuator once you lower the glove compartment and remove its stoppers. You need to disconnect the connector then remove the electronic blend door actuator and bracket assembly after taking out its two screws. Turn the blend door actuator and bracket assembly to separate it completely from its installed position. You can put the new actuator in place by doing the steps of removal in reverse order.
