The service begins with disconnecting the A/C condenser core from its manifold and tube followed by discarding both O-rings. The second step involves disconnecting the condenser to evaporator tube and discarding its O-ring seal. Install the radiator-to-radiator support bolts at 10 Nm (89 lb-in) while securing them into place. Manual care should be taken when handling the radiator because it needs to stay away from the cooling fan while it is moved toward the rear portion to access the A/C condenser core. Validate the detachment of the A/C condenser core by separating its upper bolts and brackets before extending it upward to complete its removal.
