How to service and repair the lower intake manifold on 2005 Ford Freestar?

In order to fix the lower intake manifold, take out the coolant bypass tube, fuel injection manifold, and heater hoses. Unplug radiator hose and IMRC connector at the upper part. Unscrew and take out bolts, dispose gaskets and seals. Clean, replace seals and gaskets, and reassemble, attaching bolts one at a time. Refuel engine oil and replace parts.
