How to service the right-hand exhaust manifold on 2006 Ford Taurus?

To service the right-hand exhaust manifold, park wipers high and disconnect battery ground. Remove retaining clips and right-hand cowl grille, then clip and screws on the cowl extension. Detach EGR tube and HO2S connector, remove heat shield and manifold bolts, discard gasket, fit new gasket and manifold, reconnect and reassemble.
