2006 Lincoln Navigator Fuel Pump Driver Module Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to service the Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) on 2006 Lincoln Navigator?
A: You should begin servicing the fuel pump driver module (FPDM) by having the vehicle in neutral position on a hoist while removing the battery ground cable. Connectors and hardware bolts leading to the fuel pump driver module (FPDM) are situated near the fuel tank filler pipe on the top of the left-hand frame rail. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the bolts to remove the FPDM. Install the new FPDM by tightening its bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) then perform the reverse steps for removal to finish the installation process.
