2007 Ford E-250 Antenna Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to service and repair the radio antenna on 2007 Ford E-250?
A: The radio antenna repair starts with taking off the antenna mast that connects to the base until you can access the antenna base for removal. Begin the process by unfastening the antenna base screws after removing its cap piece. The antenna lead-in cable needs to be disconnected from the base before the complete removal of the antenna base. First use a screwdriver to disassemble the fender splash shield by unfastening its three screws as well as its pushpin. First push the antenna lead-in cable together with the grommet through the passenger area before you uninstall the instrument panel finish panel and cowl side trim panel. Remove the audio unit after you disconnect the wiring harness retainers from the trough and wiring harness. The antenna lead-in cable must be taken out in the last step. The reverse steps of removal should be used to finish installation.
