To service intake manifold, have the vehicle in neutral position on a hoist. Disassemble the fuel rail, throttle body and connectors. Disconnect the crankcase vent hose and the EGR tube. Take out intake manifold and gaskets, and then reassemble by doing the process in reverse with bolts being tightened as per specification.
