How to service and repair the radiator on 2009 Ford Fusion?

To maintain the radiator, empty the cooling system, pull off the fan motor and shroud and loosen the power steering hose. Unscrew the upper and lower radiator hose, transmission cooling hose (on an automatic) and A/C condenser. Install the new radiator; in the same order as you remove the old radiator, but open the cooling system and refill it.
