How to remove and replace the left-hand exhaust manifold on 2009 Lincoln Navigator?

To change the left hand exhaust, make sure the car is in neutral position on a hoist. Take off the air cleaner outlet pipe and degas bottle, disconnect steering shaft and take off the exhaust manifold and gaskets. Wipe down, re-install new gaskets and studs and re-connect the components in reverse.
