In order to service the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve, remove the engine cover, first. Unplug the electrical connector and un-clip the quick-connect fitting of the PCV valve tube. To take out the PCV valve, turn it anti-clockwise. The new valve can be installed by reversing the procedures that were followed to remove the old valve.
