How to Service the Oil Pressure Switch on Ford E-250?

A vehicle on a hoist in NEUTRAL position creates the necessary starting point to work on Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Switch maintenance. Disconnect the wiring harness retainer along with the electrical connector from the EOP switch before removing it. Follow this installation order when tightening a new Engine Oil Pressure Switch by first applying 14 Nm torque (10 ft. lbs) followed by another 180 degrees worth of tightening. After finishing the installation process, you should reverse the removal steps.
