How to service and repair the inner tie rod end on Ford E-250?

Wheeled hoist vehicle straight, neutral. Unscrew/take out cotter pin and nut, when not in place screw to next slot--never loosen. Separate tie-rod. Count removal turns. Loose clamp; replace end (55 Nm) and nut (85 Nm). Install position sleeve hardware in 45deg / vertical, thread forward, opening down, reassemble, cotter pin, set toe.

Hoist vehicle in neutral. Clamp cotter pin, tighten to next slot--do not loosen. Take/cut out cotter pin, retainer, nut. Use ball joint separator. Count turns. Unscrew sleeve clamp; take off end. Re-Install: 90 Nm nut, 55 Nm clamp; position in 45 degree arrangement (threads oriented forward, clamp aperture down). Install new cotter pin; install toe.
