In order to service the lower intake manifold, loosen a fuel hose and loosen the upper intake manifold. Unplug the fuel rail, injector connectors and vacuum hose. Take out the lower intake manifold bolts and gaskets. Wipe down, replace gaskets, reassemble and reconnect all parts such as the upper intake manifold.
