How to Service and Repair the Blend Door Actuator on Ford Expedition?

Removing the right D-pillar trim, liftgate sill plate, and rear floor trim, fold the third row seats forward, then service the auxiliary temperature blend door actuator on the Expedition EL and Navigator L. Unscrew actuator, disconnect it and screw in new actuator by reversing the steps.

How to service the LH Temperature Blend Door Actuator on Ford Expedition?

In order to service the LH temperature blend door actuator, the heater core and evaporator core housing has to be removed. Take out the four screws, which hold the floor duct and the duct. Unscrew the actuator electrical connector, and then screw off the two mounting screws and the actuator. Reinstallation is by reversing the deletion process.
