How to service and repair the blower motor on Ford Expedition?

In order to service the blower motor, pull out the insulator panel on the passenger side and any aftermarket air filter. Unscrew 3 screws to disconnect the retainer and connector, and remove the blower motor cover. Unscrew the motor, the wheel and the gasket. Installation is in reverse process.

To replace the blower motor, follow these steps: remove blower motor, including floor console and support braces, detach blower motor duct and remove blower motor assembly. Unplug the harness and take out the resistor blower motor. Next, take off the duct covers and the last one the blower motor. Installation is a reverse procedure.
