How to service and repair the HVAC control module on Ford Expedition?

Service and repair of the HVAC control module starts by taking the steps to disengage stops and lower the glove compartment door while unscrewing the kickpad. Then remove the aspirator hose from its bracket while observing that the part emerges outside the vehicle space. First disconnect the blower motor speed control connectors and then free the instrument panel mounting bracket of the speed control. You should separate the retaining tabs before taking out the blower motor speed control from its mounting bracket. The installation requires reversing all steps from the removal process.
