How to service the knock sensor (KS) on Ford F-250 Super Duty?

When working on the knock sensor (KS), begin by the removal of the upper intake manifold. Next, unplug KS electrical connector and remove the bolt that holds KS. To install, lay the black tapered surface of the KS facing upward and do the reverse of the removal procedure to complete the installation.
