How to service the inner tie rod end on F-250 and F-350 rear-wheel drive on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to service the inner tie rod end of F-250 and F-350, the steering wheel must be straight and the vehicle left in a neutral position. Take out cotter pin, nut and adjusting sleeve. Counts take place as a basis of reference when reassembling. Install nuts with torque to specifications and replace cotter pin, and adjust toe as necessary.

How to service the outer tie rod end on F-250 and F-350 rear wheel drive on Ford F-350 Super Duty?

To remove and replace the outer tie rod end of F-250 and F-350, make the steering wheel straight, take the wheel off, and loosen the adjust sleeve clamp nut. Eliminate cotter pin, nut retainer, and nut. Re-fit with tightening the nut to 115 Nm making sure that the cotter pins are in place. Undo the debridement process and re-position the toe, as necessary.
