In order to fix the rear door window motor and regulator, take out the rear door speaker, side impact bolster, and watershield. Disconnect the window switch and motor connectors then pull out the glass out of the regulator. Lastly, unbolt the motor and regulator and revert the process to put them back.

How to service the rear door power window motor on Ford Focus?

When changing the rear door window motor, take off the rear door watershield and the rear door speaker. Adjust the regulator clamp, affix the tape to the glass and lower the regulator. Uninstall the motor, then loosen the solution with bolts and screws, and then re-install, tightening to a given torque. Installation is completed by reversing the process.
