How to Service and Repair the Wiper Switch on Ford Mustang?

A technician must remove the steering wheel before servicing or repair on the windshield washer switch. You must carefully push both steering column shroud sides until the upper part detaches. After you detach the lower steering column shroud with its three screws you can remove the shroud properly. The service begins by detaching four electrical connectors from the lower wiper switch followed by disconnection of the electrical connector for the upper wiper switch. Use the screwdriver to eliminate the four screws that anchor the wiper switch before extracting it. The installation process requires the same reverse order of steps used for removal.
