Ford Ranger Turn Signal Switch Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to service and repair the turn signal switch on Ford Ranger?
A: The first step to work on the turn signal switch requires disconnecting the battery. The ignition key must be inserted into the lock cylinder until it reaches the position marked RUN before using the punch to push the release tab which allows the cylinder to be extracted. You should take off the tilt wheel handle before continuing with the work. The installation of the upper and lower steering column shrouds begins by unscrewing each of their attached screws. Remove the multifunction switch after disconnecting all electric connectors and unscrewing it. Finish the installation by following the reverse steps of removal.
