How to Service and Repair the Floor Shift Cable and Bracket on Lincoln Navigator?

In order to repair the shift cable and the bracket, the vehicle should be neutral on hoist. Ensure that the prndl trim plate, console finish panel and the shift cable are removed in the transmission. Loose the shift cable bracket and insert the new bracket at 48 Nm and then repeat the process to install.
