  A: Service of the ignition coil-on-plug starts with disconnecting the battery ground cable. The upper intake manifold must be taken off before one can reach the ignition coil-on-plugs on the right-hand side. The service of ignition coil-on-plug coil electrical connectors requires detachment after taking out the upper intake manifold. Apply a twisted movement to ignition coil-on-plugs for breaking their seal then remove them easily. Install each ignition coil-on-plug by first breaking its seal using slight twisting then tighten the six bolts to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). The installation completion demands a reverse order of removal steps followed by lubricating each ignition coil-on-plug boot inside with dielectric grease before connecting to Spark Plugs.
