How to service the Coolant Temperature Sensor on Mercury Milan?

The first step for servicing the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor requires draining the cooling system fluid. The first task required you to pull the electrical connector away from the ECT sensor. To remove the sensor first twist the locking tab upward and turn the sensor counterclockwise. The installation of the new sensor requires reversing the steps used for removal.
