How to service the front Power Window Motor on Mercury Milan?

Service of the front door window motor starts with removing the door trim panel followed by disconnecting the window motor electrical connector. Begin by securing the glass with tape before removing the three screws that hold the window motor. Afterwards remove the motor from its position. A new front window motor for Zephyr models needs initialization whenever either the left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) is installed. Reinstallation of the original front window motor requires de-initialization before it can proceed with an initialization step. Finish the installation process by doing a reverse of the removal process and initialize new components whenever you apply lubricants to either components.
