Loosen and re-fit the auxiliary line brackets and make sure they are tightened. Install new O-ring seals and lubricate the system then charge.

Take out the heater core followed by the screws that hold the cover of the evaporator core. Unzip the cover and remove the rope seal. Uninstall the evaporator core, and proceed to install it in reverse with RTV sealant instead of rope seal.
