The first step involves removing the junction block splash shield along with disconnecting its cable ends. Then disconnect the junction block bracket after you detach the connector and remove all screws. You should disconnect the electrical connector of the A/C cycling switch and the spring lock coupling from the suction accumulator and the manifold and tube assembly. The suction accumulator spring lock coupling requires disconnection from the A/C evaporator core after unfastening the suction accumulator bracket clamp bolt and breaking the suction accumulator spring lock coupling at the evaporator core.
