The first task involves disconnecting the vacuum line followed by removal of the heater core bracket through unfastening two screws. Follow the sequence by first uninstalling the 13 screws from the plenum chamber top. After removing the blend door assembly from the case you must remove the heater core from its location. Follow the opposite steps from removal to install the components.
