Removing auxiliary evaporator lines To service the auxiliary evaporator lines, cut them out, making sure that they are properly identified. Recovery of refrigerant, discarding of muffler and in AWD vehicles, the rear driveshaft. Disassemble and socket out fittings, take off LH rear wheel and disassemble parts. Repair the process in reverse, with new O-rings and with the refrigerant system oiled.
