How to Service Blower Control Switches on 2008 Ford Escape?

In order to service the blower motor switch, remove the electrical connector of the blower motor speed control and lower the glove compartment. Take off two screws used to hold it in place, strict tightening to 3 Nm (27 lb-in) when replacing. Lastly, install the blower motor speed control again in the same manner the blower motor speed control was removed.
