Vehicle servicing of the radiator on a 2.5L engine must start with neutral gear positioning and placement on a hoist. Start the service by removing both cooling fan motor and shroud components. You must detach the upper radiator hose together with both the lower degas bottle-to-radiator hose and lower radiator hose from the radiator. Two A/C condenser-to-radiator bolts need removal before putting the A/C condenser to one side without losing their torque setting which should be at 8 Nm (71 lb-in). You should finish up by removing the radiator then installing the new radiator through the opposite steps of removal.
