How to Service and Repair the A/C Switch Control Assembly on Ford E-250 Econoline?

In order to service HVAC control assembly, disconnect battery ground cable. Unscrew screws and disconnect connectors, then remove the headlamp switch knob, and bezel, then the instrument panel finish panel. Take out control assembly, disconnect the harness and electrical connectors of the vacuum and follow the process in reverse.

How to Service the Auxiliary A/C Switch on Ford E-250 Econoline?

Service the auxiliary climate control by prying the rear climate control panel off of the headliner using a screwdriver. Unplug the hard-shell electrical connections- lamp connector, and heater blower motor switch connector. Take the knob out, the switch out with its screw and pry out. To reverse these steps, reinstall.
