How to service and repair the evaporator core for the auxiliary climate control system on Ford E-250 Econoline?

To fix the evaporator core of the auxiliary climate control system, take out the air conditioning and heater assembly, disconnect the spring lock couplings and relocate the heater water hoses. Next, take off the evaporator case cover, and core. To install the new core, do it back in reverse.
