When servicing and repairing the front sway bar kit and link begin by taking the parts out as illustrated in the illustration and table. In order to install, just follow the reverse steps used in removal.

How to Service and Install a Sway Bar Link and Sway Bar Kit on Ford Explorer?

The sway bar link can be serviced by removing the wheel/tire assemblies and disposing and replacing the Sway Bar Kit-to-link and Sway Bar Kit-to-frame nuts and tightening to required torque. Loosen the right-hand upper ball joint and re-fit the brake caliper. Lastly, redo the uninstallation process to install.
