How to service and repair the control arm on Ford Fusion?

In order to fix the control arm, place the vehicle on a hoist in neutral. Jack up the trailing arm. Install the shock absorber lower bolt, screwing in to 90 Nm. With fwd and awd vehicles, change upper arm bolts and tighten to 110 Nm. Adjust the suspension and adjust rear camber.

How to service and repair the lower control arm on Ford Fusion?

To service the lower control arm, take off the spring and mark that the suspension fasteners are very important to performance. In case of replacement then use a new part of the same number. Tighten fasteners to 101 Nm, and the suspension to 395 mm and then repeat the reversal of the procedure to remove.
