How to Service the EGR Tube from the Exhaust Manifold to the EGR Valve on Ford Fusion?

To engage in servicing EGR valve tube, raise the vehicle and unconnect the tube to the EGR valve and exhaust manifold, and then tighten both connections to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) on reconnecting. Note, the length of the EGR tube in AWD vehicles is shorter than the length of the EGR tube in FWD vehicles. Uninstallation: To undo all previously done.
