How to Service the PCV Valve on Ford Fusion?

In order to service the PCV valve, unconnect PCV tube and electrical connector. When it is taken off, put a new valve there to prevent disastrous interference with the locking-mechanism. To remove the valve, turn the valve counterclockwise. Make sure that the connector of the new valve is oriented correctly, and undo the steps to install the new valve.

How to service and repair the PCV Valve on Ford Fusion?

In order to service the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve, first begin by removing the intake manifold. Next, release the two tabs of the PCV valve in order to de-activate the crankcase vent oil separator. Then loosen the clamp and take off the crankcase ventilation tube. Installation is just reversing the steps of removal.
