How to service the air suspension control module on Ford Expedition?

All servicing procedures on the air suspension control module start by removing the battery ground cable to protect against static electrical hazards. The air suspension control module exists at the lower left element of the dashboard above the parking brake control position. First disconnect the two electrical connectors from the air suspension control module before you reveal access to the two module bracket nuts by gently pulling back the dash padding. Detach the nuts and the air suspension control module from its position. During new module installation tight the screws to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.). A new or exchanged air suspension control module needs calibration from the ride height sensors and a pneumatic test procedure combined with a ride height adjustment calibration.
