How to service and repair the trailing arm on both Front Wheel Drive (FWD) and All-Wheel Drive (AWD) on Lincoln MKZ?

In order to service FWD and AWD trailing arm, unscrew the wheel, loosen the parking brake cable, and hold the trailing arm. Install bolts and tighten to given torque. In the case of AWD, disassemble and make sure that the position of the suspension is appropriate before reassembling. Lastly, rear end check alignment.
